These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ibetslot ("ibetslot", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ibetslot website located at https://ibetslot.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features made available through the platform.

In these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on ibetslot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. ibetslot strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether your use of ibetslot is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: You may register only one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration and keep such information updated at all times.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion order at the time of registration or during the use of the Platform.

To access the full range of ibetslot services, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid email address, a strong unique password, and the personal details requested. Upon successful registration, you will have an active Account from which you may make deposits, place bets, and request withdrawals subject to verification requirements.

The following obligations apply to all registered Players:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You must notify ibetslot support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or if your login details are compromised.
• ibetslot will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to us immediately.
• You are fully liable for all activity that occurs under your Account, including all bets placed and withdrawals requested, unless you have notified ibetslot of unauthorised access in a timely manner.
• Account holders must complete KYC verification before withdrawing amounts above RM500. KYC documentation includes a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), a selfie holding the document, and a proof of address dated within three months.

ibetslot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account that, in our reasonable opinion, is being operated fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a manner that is harmful to other users or the integrity of the Platform.

ibetslot supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: RM20. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional due diligence.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time for most payment methods. Processing delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside ibetslot's control.
• Deposit funds may only be used for placing bets on the Platform. ibetslot does not offer deposit interest or investment returns.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. ibetslot reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within one business day for fully verified accounts. Platinum VIP members benefit from priority processing.
• Withdrawals of funds that were deposited but never wagered may be subject to an administrative processing fee at ibetslot's discretion.
• Any bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to applicable rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn. Refer to Section 6 for bonus terms.

ibetslot offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this Section.

• Wagering / Rollover Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a rollover requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) is stated on the individual promotion page. Players must wager the bonus amount multiplied by the stated multiplier before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While using bonus funds, the maximum permitted bet per spin or round is RM250 to RM500 as stated in the individual promotion terms. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while bonus funds are active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Slot games typically contribute 100% toward rollover requirements. Table games, live dealer games, and other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%) or may be excluded entirely. Refer to individual promotion terms for game contribution tables.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses are subject to an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 days as stated on the promotion. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements not completed within the expiry period will be forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: ibetslot reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where we reasonably suspect bonus abuse, arbitrage strategies, low-risk wagering, or any conduct designed to circumvent the purpose of the promotion.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some promotional offers carry a maximum cash-out limit on bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, this limit is clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus offer may be active on an Account at any given time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

ibetslot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed, the applicable terms at the time of claiming will remain in effect for that specific promotion.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the ibetslot Platform. Additional game-specific rules and sports betting rules apply to individual products and are available within the relevant sections of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: ibetslot reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error, manifest pricing error, or suspicious betting pattern has been identified.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and vary by game and market. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and are subject to change without notice.
• Odds and Prices: All sports betting odds are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted by the system.
• Live Betting: In-play bets on live football events including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and UEFA Champions League matches may be suspended or rejected at any time at ibetslot's discretion, particularly during periods of high activity such as goal kicks, penalties, and red card situations.
• Voided Bets: A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event postponement or cancellation, technical malfunction, obvious pricing error, or breach of these Terms by the Player.
• RNG Games: All slot games and RNG-based casino games use certified Random Number Generators. The outcome of each game round is entirely random and independent of previous results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ibetslot Platform. Any Player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, and any winnings or balances associated with the prohibited activity may be forfeited:

• Registering more than one Account or creating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Colluding with other Players in card games, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Employing bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known or exploited errors are not payable and will be reversed.
• Engaging in matched betting, bonus arbitrage, or any strategy designed to circumvent the intent of bonus promotions.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your Account.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform. ibetslot operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ibetslot staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time through the Responsible Gambling settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session Limits & Time-Outs: Players may set reminders or enforce mandatory breaks from the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players wishing to take a longer break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will not be permitted to re-register or access their Account.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen notifications reminding Players of the time spent and the net wagering position during a session.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ibetslot, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

This includes, without limitation, liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to Platform availability caused by factors outside ibetslot's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to adequately protect their login credentials.
• Errors in displayed odds or game outcomes that have been communicated to ibetslot but not yet corrected at the time of a wager being placed.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, ibetslot's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of the bet or transaction giving rise to the claim, or RM500, whichever is the lesser.

ibetslot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ibetslot will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the address registered with your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting our support team.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent changes were made. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ibetslot Platform, ibetslot encourages Players to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution.

ibetslot is committed to resolving Player complaints fairly and promptly. All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Account Username]". We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a final resolution within 14 business days.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached through the above process, you may have the right to pursue the matter through appropriate dispute resolution channels available in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.
